The house that now houses the B&B and restaurant “Zur Traube” run by Vipiteno innkeepers Ulli and Evi has always been bustling with activity: the traditional inn in Vipiteno’s old town looks back on a long culinary tradition – since it is in our hands, with a particularly creative cuisine and, brand new, with cosy modern suites.

The “building with stables” is mentioned in documents as early as 1431 and belonged to the long-established Ris family of Vipiteno. There is evidence of an inn here as early as 1540. An old lady with a long tradition!

The young hosts Ulli and Evi have been running the house since 2019, initially as a restaurant and pizzeria. Since 2022, the two have been welcoming guests to their suites.
